Don’t worry about hurting anyone. Sometimes you may find yourself in overcare mode + end up smothering your own need to express yourself to make sure those around you aren’t affected. They may need to hear what you need to say as part of their authentic soul’s journey. Don’t forget your morning ritual, it will help you stay grounded this week.
Monday the moon is in Cancer, allowing us to really sink in + find our truest feelings. Don’t be afraid of the depths you may find. As the moon wanes you may be feeling a tug to go within. Grab a journal + create sacred space + write out anything that comes up. Look for repeated themes or ideas that stand out. Your emotions are a good barometer for when to take action this week. Pay attention!
