Now is the time to rest up + nurture yourself.

Go through your to do list + see how you can get rid of everything but what is most pressing. Shorten. Simplify. Create some ease for yourself.

 

Your body will thank you by relaxing a little. You may find you sleep better. You may feel the relief of the burden in many different ways. Take note of where this energy shows up in your body.
